At Global Academy Bangladesh Limited, we strive to ensure a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or course adjustment is necessary. This policy outlines the eligibility, process, and timelines for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible to request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only if one of the following conditions applies:
- Technical Issues: You are unable to access the course due to verified technical errors on our app or website.
- Missing Resources: Promised course materials or resources were not provided.
- Accidental Purchase: You mistakenly purchased the wrong course, bundle, or class type (e.g., Live vs. Recorded).
- Minimal Usage: You have viewed less than 5% of the paid video content and have not attempted quizzes or downloaded materials.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refund requests will not be approved if:
- The request is made after 48 hours from the time of payment.
- You have already earned or claimed the Course Certificate.
- You have completed more than 5% of the course video content.
- You have downloaded course materials, attempted quizzes, or actively progressed through the modules.
- The purchase involves E-books (all e-book sales are final).
- The request is made after a refund process has already been initiated and locked.
How to Request a Refund
To ensure your request is tracked and processed correctly, please follow these steps:

- Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility based on the criteria above.

Important: Refund requests are only valid if reported via the official support channel within the 48-hour window.
Course Transfer (Alternative to Refund)
If you purchased the wrong course, we encourage a Course Transfer instead of a refund:
- Higher Price: If the new course costs more, you will pay the difference.
- Lower Price: If the new course costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Process: This can be arranged by contacting support within the 48-hour eligibility period.
Refund Processing & Timeline
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. In specific cases, GAB may issue a Voucher of equivalent value.
- Timeline: Once approved, funds will be returned within 7 to 14 working days.
- Account Status: Upon submitting a request, your course access will be temporarily locked. If approved, you will be unenrolled, and all progress will be reset.
- Confirmation: You will receive an SMS or Email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Global Academy Bangladesh Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. For specific disputes, GAB retains final authority on a case-by-case basis.
